OppBox is a time-saving feature in Oppora.ai that centralizes all your email activity directly inside the dashboard. Instead of switching to your personal mailbox, you can read, filter, and reply to emails in one place.   • Filter emails by campaigns, inbox types, or custom needs.

2) Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1 → Access OppBox

  • Where: Oppora.ai Dashboard
  • Action: Click OppBox from the sidebar.

Step 2→ View Email Inbox

  • Action: Inside OppBox, you’ll see your Campaigns email inbox.
  • Result: Emails are displayed directly on your dashboard.

Step 3 → Use Filters & Stats

  • Location: Left/side panel in OppBox
  • Options:
    • Stats: Check email activity performance.

    • Filters: Apply filters based on your needs.
    • Also have Campaign filter, inbox filter.
    • Inbox Selection: Choose which email inbox you want to view.

Step 4 →Open & Reply to Emails

  • Where: Right side panel
  • Action: Click My Email Options to view individual emails.

  • Next: Open any email and click Reply to respond directly.
  • Result: No need to switch to personal mailboxes; everything is handled inside Oppora.
